When can I expect my jewelry to arrive?
Each bracelet is hand-made and is one of a kind. Please allow 3-5 business days for the creation of your custom bracelet (this does not include transit time for shipping). During the holiday season and prior to Mother's Day, orders can take up to two weeks (10 working days).

Custom Bracelets by Lisa offers four different shipping options:
USPS Priority Shipping - $7.00
Approximate shipping time frame is 3-4 business days.

USPS Express Shipping - $20.00
Guaranteed 1-2 business days

International Priority Shipping - $12.00
USPS Priority Mail International takes approximately 6-10 business days for delivery. Delivery time for International shipments cannot be guaranteed.

International Express Shipping - $25.00
USPS Priority Mail International takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery. Delivery time for International shipments cannot be guaranteed.

Please remember, these delivery times do NOT include the time it takes to create the bracelet.

Custom Bracelets by Lisa cannot be held responsible for service failures by domestic delivery couriers resulting from inclement weather at, near or en route to the delivery address provided. We will make every effort to ensure delivery of orders in regions affected by severe weather. However, because these factors are out of our control, the delivery guarantee will cease to be in effect if delivery is postponed due specifically and solely to severe weather conditions.

What is the cut-off date for Mother's Day orders?
If you want to place an order and receive it in time for Mother's Day, orders must be placed on or before April 26th. Orders placed after April 26th cannot be guaranteed to be delivered by Mother's Day.

What is the cut-off date for Christmas orders?
If you want to place an order and receive it in time for Christmas, orders must be placed on or before December 7th. Orders placed after December 7th cannot be guaranteed to be delivered by December 24th. Orders placed between December 14th - January 1st will be processed and ready for shipment after January 2nd.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Shipping times vary from country to country. Custom Bracelets by Lisa always recommends placing any Holiday orders at least 30 days prior to the date you need the bracelet.

Please note that Custom Bracelets by Lisa, LLC is not responsible for any custom taxes that may be incurred outside of the U.S.A. International customers may be required to pay additional charges/taxes/vat, etc. to a delivery driver, customs agent, etc. prior to receiving your bracelets.
