Grow with Me Extension Chain: Let your little one enjoy their bracelet for years and years!! All
children's bracelets are made with a "grow with me" extension chain. This chain is approximately one
inch long and allows you child to move the clasp as they grow.
Clasp: Custom Bracelets by Lisa feels the most secure closure our children's style bracelets are the
lobster claw styles. Therefore we do not make any children's bracelet with toggle style clasps. If a
toggle clasp is chosen for a children's bracelet, we will automatically replace the clasp style to a
more secure lobster claw style.

Glossary for items used in our children's bracelets
Sterling Silver: Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver (.925) metal. This standard is
used to assure consistent quality among sterling products. Silver that is not described as "sterling" or ".925" has less pure
silver content and will often be darker in color and less shiny. Sterling is 92.5% pure instead of 100% pure in order to achieve
the requisite hardness and stability to resist wear and tear, and hold its shape.
Bali Beads: Bali Beads are .sterling silver (.925). Bali silver beads, in a myriad of intricate designs, are expertly hand-made by Indonesian silver crafters. "Bali" style beads use designs that are not actually exclusive to Bali. These designs are hundreds of years old and have appeared throughout the Middle East and Asia. The word Bali started being used to describe the style because tourists commonly bought silver jewelry items while vacationing on Bali beaches.
Fresh Water Pearls: The primary sources for freshwater pearls are China and the United States. Pearls are a chemical and organic gem that require a more specialized care than most other gem materials. They deteriorate in contact with chemicals like household cleaners, perfumes, cosmetics, and hair care products of all kinds. A good rule of thumb is that your pearls are The Last Thing You Put On when dressing and The First Thing You Take Off when you get home. Never apply perfume or hair spray when you are wearing pearl jewelry.
Gold Filled: Gold-filled beads are made by bonding surface layers of gold to a supporting layer of brass with heat and pressure and then rolling, or drawing out, the metal to a desired thickness. The finished product has a surface layer of gold which is very thick compared to rolled gold plate or the heaviest electroplate ("gold plated") materials. Gold-filled items are very durable. The gold layer will not wear off, as it may in plated products. It is a lifetime product.
CZECH Glass (JABLONEX): High quality glass beads that are machine faceted and fire-polished for a soft glistening look. These beads are created with beautiful natural materials, traditional Bohemian glass and fire. JABLONEX Crystals are from the Czech Republic and are completely lead-free.
